Terms of Use

These terms are an agreement between you and Graveton Oakshire Publishing LLC, 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801-6317, United States ("Savio", "we", "us"), for the use of the Savio app and website. By using Savio you accept them. If you do not agree, please do not use Savio.

1. What Savio is — and is not

Savio reads product information (ingredients, nutrition, additives) and gives a score from 0 to 100, warnings based on the profile you set, and answers from an AI assistant. It helps you compare products.

Savio is not medical, nutritional or religious advice. Product data can be incomplete, out of date or wrong, and recipes change. Allergy and intolerance warnings may miss an ingredient: always read the label on the product, especially if you have an allergy. The halal indication is an estimate based on ingredients, not a certification. AI answers can be inaccurate. Talk to a doctor or a qualified professional before making decisions about your health or diet.

2. Your account

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) to create an account. Keep your password safe; you are responsible for what happens in your account. You can delete your account at any time in the app (Settings → Delete account). Deleting the account does not cancel a subscription bought through Apple: cancel it in your App Store settings.

3. Savio Premium

Savio Premium unlocks extra features, such as the AI assistant and product search, as described in the app at the time of purchase. It is offered as a weekly, monthly or yearly auto-renewable subscription. Prices are shown in the app before you buy and may vary by country.

Bought in the iPhone app

• Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase.
• The subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for the renewal within 24 hours before the end of the period.
• You can manage or cancel the subscription in your Apple Account settings (Settings → your name → Subscriptions). Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.
• Your use of the iPhone app is also subject to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement.

Bought on the web

• Payments are processed by Stripe through our subscription partner, RevenueCat.
• The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from Settings → Savio Premium → Manage subscription, or from the link in your purchase email; Premium stays active until the end of the paid period.
• Where a law in your country gives you a right to withdraw or a refund, that right applies. Otherwise payments for a period already started are not refunded. For any billing question, write to support@savioscan.com.

Offers and codes

Introductory prices and discounts apply only as described when offered. Premium codes we give to testers or partners are personal, free, have an end date, and cannot be sold or exchanged for money.

4. Fair use

You agree not to:

• copy, scrape or resell Savio's data or scores, or use them to build a competing service;
• attack, overload or try to bypass the security or limits of the service;
• submit product photos or information that are false, offensive or not yours to share;
• use Savio in a way that breaks the law or the rights of others.

We may suspend accounts that do.

5. Content and data

Savio, its design, scores and texts belong to us or our licensors. Product information includes data from Open Food Facts, available under the Open Database License. When you submit photos or information about a product, you allow us to use, edit and publish them as part of the product database.

6. Changes and availability

We improve Savio often: features may change, and the service may occasionally be unavailable. We will tell you in advance about important changes to these terms; if you keep using Savio after they apply, you accept them.

7. Liability

Savio is provided "as is". To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for decisions you make based on scores, warnings or AI answers, or for indirect damages. Nothing in these terms limits rights that consumer law in your country gives you and that cannot be waived.

8. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live.
